I have to tell you about the innovative eFiction Magazine.
eFiction is not a literary journal. It is a fiction magazine that presents guilty pleasure fiction of all genres. It was started by Doug Lance from his dorm room in 2009. It has since exploded in popularity to be read around the globe through the interwebs. If entertainment through reading is your thing, eFiction might be for you.
eFiction publishes fiction with a still-beating heart, fresh from the minds of their authors. While the ink is still drying, stories are pitted against each other in gladiatorial combat for the chance to reach your adoring eyeballs. Only the best stories make it into the issue.
I’ve been privileged to have two short stories ‘Day Seven’ (October 2011) and ‘Ladybug Kingdom’ (December 2011), click here for the back issues. Once more, I am honored to have a new story, ‘(eom)’, selected for their April 2012 issue.
‘(eom)’ is a story about technology, friendship and cyber-evolution.
Doug Lance, and his fabulous editorial team, have made this magazine a unique fiction experience. They have created a community of thriving writers. The talent found in its pages is a miraculous thing.
I can’t wait to see where eFiction goes in it’s future. I’m grateful to be a part of the journey.
In the meantime, I’ll be practicing my happy dance.
