A Mixed Bag

This week I received two rejections from agents, BUT I received a yes on a short story submission.

This process of submitting and querying is truly a refiner’s fire.  The people who get published are the ones who never gave up.

I don’t plan on giving up. I now having a publishing credit (I’ll post the link when the magazine’s October edition comes out) to add to my query letters.  I’m moving forward on other projects.  I fully believe in all my projects.  Some take a little more time to come to fruition than others, but I’m moving ahead.

Rejection isn’t a bad thing for me.  It just makes me a better writer.
